Established in 2007, the National Partnership Platform (NPP) in Zambia (Partners Zambia) have come together in the recognition that one of the viable responses to HIV and TB is a civil-society-centered, coordinated, country-level response.
This type of response will ensure that the perspectives, priorities and needs of civil society are heard and shared – through facilitated dialogue and targeted advocacy, and using accurate, reliable information as the foundation.
Country led and owned, the partnership consists of 14 national network organisations:
- Zambia National AIDS Network (ZNAN)
- Southern Africa HIV/AIDS Information Dissemination Service (SAfAIDS)
- Treatment Advocacy and Literacy Campaign (TALC)
- Zambia Centre for Communication Programmes (ZCCP)
- Panos Southern Africa (PSAf)
- Health Journal
